You need to check whether you have IMAP protocol enabled. If the email server settings provided in this article do not work to connect your chosen email client software, then this will require reaching out to that third party’s support directly for further troubleshooting with their product. Before you start setting up a Gmail account in Outlook, make sure your mailbox is properly configured. We do not directly support these third-party products.
